"This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach."

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"When we got out of the elevator on our floor there was a large bag of trash, and several tiles missing in the ceiling. It smelled like mildew in the halls. The first room we walked into had not been cleaned yet, so they switched us to a different room. Then when we got into our new room, there was hair all over the floor of the restroom and the pillowcases were dirty and stained. "Lovely condo with private parking. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Area was very quiet. Walked past pool but didn't go inside, looked good and clean. Beach a short distance, walkable, and very clean. Would stay with them again."

"The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly! The exhaust fan in our room didn’t work which made the bathroom very steamy! The vent in the entry way by the closet dripped water, I’m assuming from the A/C. It was very hot and humid when we were there in June. Overall, I thought it was a safe place to stay for a decent price."

"Staff was great! Super nice and helpful. The property was nice but we got absolutely no sleep. Very loud with neighbors slamming doors and blasting music at 3 am. Our room smelled. I did have to go buy air freshener. Shower curtain looked very bad on the bottom with lots of stains. From the pics I saw on Expedia it did not look like our room."

"This place was great. Very helpful staff and rooms were nice and spacious. I will say the bathtubs looked a little rough and the countertop stove in their suit was not functioning when we stayed but other then that everything else was pretty good"
