"Always a clean room. AC works well. Fun and imaginative decorations. Plenty of room with a king bed and the bunkbed/trundle option in the kids area. Everything is awesome!"

"If you are not on the 3rd floor, the noise from people above you is terrible. They are loud and disturbing. Breakfast time is chaotic for guests and staff alike, making it difficult to keep food stocked. Too bad the staff isn't able to make the waffles for the guests. Guests are coughing and touching their hair while touching the food. The staff is extremely courteous and is doing their best to accommodate guests. "

"I knew the hotel was close to the highway but wasn’t prepared for how loud the road noise was even in the room with the doors closed. We were told no other rooms were available, (and discovered our room phone was non-functional when trying to call the office). We also had loud neighbors with poor soundproofing between the rooms and a large group hanging out loudly in the courtyard at midnight. So, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Book a pool view room as those are set further back from the highway. My kid enjoyed the pool, and the Windmill Food Hall was convenient next door. "

"It was really an okay hotel, nothing fancy. But great value for the price. We booked a suite with 1 king bed and a bunk bed. It had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very impressed with the space. Room was facing the highway, so was really noisy. But we were tired from the long day at the Legoland park, so did not mind. Also rooms are a bit outdated, but everything worked and was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had nice variety. Advice- try to wake up early to breakfast. It gets crazy crowded after 8am on weekends. Overall- good value for the price!"
