"Rooms were on small side but big bed and TV. Stayed on 16th floor and seemed like water pressure was issueba couple of times. Area around hotel has a bunch of restaurants is walkable and easy access to subway. Cafe on-site was excellent"

"Ac didn’t work in the way i specified over the phone and the local team assured me that I would have control over the temp. The temp setting was blocked off at 65! It was extremely hot in my room having 4 people inside it! Getting an email about “work being done on elevators” after I booked my room is unprofessional! That should have been put in the booking details before someone books a $2500 room! To get a message from the hotel staff that they will give me $100 credit is a slap in the face...

"I found the front desk staff to be abrupt and unhelpful on the telephone. They were nice in person. I was in the annex building on the fifth floor. I stepped off the elevator and the floor had a moldy odor. The room was old but clean in appearance but was very moldy smelling. The sink and tub didn’t drain and the air conditioner was extremely loud. The hotel did send maintenance up who kindly cleared the drains and opened a window which helped with the mold odor but made for a very loud night...
