Tìm Lodge tại North Ridgeville

"The staff had lied on behalf of my spacial needs relatives that were staying here for 3+ days. Told my grandma and I that there were no more available spot to book more days for them. My husband called shortly after, and the woman told him there were rooms available. But yet, he looked me in my eyes and swore they were doing construction and couldn't do so. That's wrong."

"clean, staff was friendly. bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"Honestly, the best day I’ve had in a while at a hotel, will definitely be coming back 6 to 12 months from now when I make this trip again."

"It was very easy to get to and lots of restaurants around and near the highway and the turnpike. The staff was wonderful!!! They had someone cleaning the carpets in all the rooms and hallways when I left today!!!!"

"Wonderful place to stay."

"The lady at the front desk gave me conflicting information."

"Overall great exp, property nice , quiet area , near car rental return and airport"

"Room was dirty and aged. Greasy hand prints on the window, door surfaces, and light switches. Mold growing inside the hvac blower vent. Shower had mold growing in the corners and old hair stuck to the ceiling. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Beds and pillows felt like we were sleeping on a bag of potatoes. If I wasn’t worried about how dirty the carpet was I probably would have thrown down a blanket. Will never stay here again."

"Spacious room, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was decent and plenty of parking despite a busy sporting event same day. Will definitely come back again!"

"Totally, a relaxing environment inside including all around the outdoors of the hotel."

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"
