When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. "Good location. Short walk to Fenway Park. Good value but you will need to find local overnight parking if you have a car, and it is pretty is expensive. Communication was a little deficient, as I wasn't receiving the e-mail/text with check-in information. I had to call multiple numbers and I was told that there was a mix up because the Company(Sonder) had been sold to Marriott. Overall, a good experience though at a nice property."
