"Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly"

"Room was clean, plenty of space. Breakfast was above average. Entrance and parking and walkway is not convenient to main lobby. Outdoor pool and surrounding area is industrial, shabby appearance. No area whatsoever to sit outside. It’s just a room, no more."

"The view was beautiful and the room were very spacious and clean! We needed hotter water, a 2nd working elevator, and the pool to be open. I understand sometimes things are out of your control, but time is money. Elevator access is a must and should have been a priority fix!"

"Staff were amazing I lost the (physical) key, expecting a hefty replacement fee. They told me, "No problem, it happens all the time, here's another). Also, Ana in the breakfast room was super friendly and made us feel at home."

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"Very cute room, easy parking and great location near shops. Only issue I had was the code didn’t work when I first arrived. "

"The property was very clean and great access to the beach. There were significant issues with wifi which was supposing given it’s a conference centre. Lovely space otherwise."
