"Close to Westlake Girls College was the only reason for staying. Room clean enough but bathroom needed a deep clean and shower head was broken but there’s good hot water. Linen was clean. There were a number of broken things in the Unit & we took pictures incase we got charged for them. Parking was outside unit. No staff present and we didnt receive an email with details about collecting the key. Hard to ask questions over the phone before hand, as the person looks after a number of places."

"Room was very lovely, and clean. Very close to everything in Takapuna and easy to get to without being stuck in the main centre. Staff are very helpful and friendly, thank you also to Frank for the assistance on the late check in being hassle free :)"

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."
