"The hotel was really nice and the view superb! I enjoyed the view of the river. However, the hotel is connected to the casino and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the unloading lanes. The rooms however do not smell like cigarettes! You can only smell it from the elevator. I appreciated that valet was complimentary and there was a Continental breakfast! I would give the hotel and stay experience a 8.7 out of 10. I hate the smell of cigars and cigarettes. I wish they would have made that...

"The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and it was clear they believe in top notch hospitality. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was a boxed meal containing a warmed up pressed egg sandwich with an oily croissant, plastic wrapped chocolate chip muffin and a no name fruited yogurt in a plastic container. We chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant the following morning. I would have expected a much better breakfast experience from an establishment like the Priory."

"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. "My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."
