"I was disappointed with the extra fees for parking and lack of direction when checking in. Very vague and not very accommodating! The concierge turned me away and said come back?
Check in and check out time was only 17 hours. Not even a 24 hour window?
Overall is a nice place but service was not good at all and disappointing.
Thank you"
