"I had an excellent 4 night stay here. A well-equipped apartment, very quiet (important to me) and convenient. The employees were very helpful also. If I had to mention one thing, only small and not a complaint as such, but please provide a washing-up bowl or plug for the sink. If someone doesn't have enough washing up to do to use the dishwasher, how are you supposed to wash up? Thank you. Highly recommended."

"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"Well...the online check-in process was ridiculous, we were asked on several occasions to upload selfies, having done them already, kept being told if we didn't then the booking would be cancelled. Then we arrived on a saturday 10 mins before 3pm check-in and were told room wasn't ready which was fair enough as we were a bit early. The bins were all full, no cups for a cup of tea. However....this went on until about 6pm, we were then told the cleaners hadn't actually turned up that morning and...

"I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."
