"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and great facilities. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Bedroom was a good size with comfy bed and everything needed for an overnight stay. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check in. "Nice clean room.
Really big bathroom
Very hot but it was a hot evening outside
The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"The hotel is a very old building and internally it did look a bit tired but the room was clean and well stocked. Some rooms are in one building and rest are above the pub. Would definitely book again as very convenient to NEC"

"My husband booked a room in the house for our stay, as I was going to see Take That in Coventry. Google maps takes you to the property using the postcode (our car's sat nav didn't). In the house, there are 10 rooms all with their own shower room. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The floor was very creaky and uneven and overall not horizontal, although it didn't really bother us.
