"Lovely hotel. Beautiful setting with an amazing view. The reviews we read before we stayed, said the staff were wonderful and friendly. Reviews often say this about hotels and we were just expecting the usual professional staff. However it must be said the staff were superb, stood out and had a major positive impact on our stay making it so enjoyable. The evening dinner very good. The breakfasts excellent. Definitely a place to stay."

"I stayed 7 nights here, which by the sounds of it, is unusual. I get the impression that people normaly one or two night. Very friendly staff and for the first two days, was reminded to contact them if I needed anything. After the first two days, I didn't see any staff members to ask, but there was a phone number provided to call. The reception area was never manned. "Ample parking at front of property. Staff very welcoming and polite. The room was great with a view of the gardens, which were lovely to walk around. The building had character. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous as was breakfast, and the service excellent. 5 stars. Will definitely stay here if in the area again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😁👍"
