"1st Room floor was wet, as if from a leak. 2nd room they assigned, the bed seemed like a oversized cot and the linen had the smell of urine. I stayed the night and the next morning found out that the shower didn't work. These rooms were on the 1st floor, I have problems navigating stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to put me in another room but I declined, even though I won't be refunded any remaining monies! Advertising for this establishment was overrated!"

"There was no microwave in the room when you stepped into the elevator from the lobby. The elevator had no air conditioner going and when we got off on our floor, there was no air-conditioning going on in the hallways. It was very hot and uncomfortable. You need to do better first time staying at Doubletree."
