"The hotel is under massive construction and barely functional. The elevators were pretty scary- everyone seemed to think they were in the verge of breaking down. We tripped over housekeeping staff a lot 5pm. I get that hotels renovate and it sometimes causes a huge mess while continuing to operate, but had I known how intrusive and disruptive it was I absolutely would have stayed elsewhere. Even the restaurant located immediately next door was pretty bad. The one positive thing was the shuttle...

"Had a great stay at Prairie Crest Calgary Airport! The room cleaning was top-notch—spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. I spent a good chunk of time at the indoor pool and hot tub, which were clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to relax. The location is also amazing if you love good food. It’s surrounded by tons of great restaurants and dining options just a short walk or drive away in the Sunridge area. Super convenient to the airport, too. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Staff is very polite. Shuttle to airport is helpful. Furniture and carpet are very old and in need of desperate change. Ok to sleep over for a night before early morning flight."

"Dirty towels were folded up and put in the shelf. I discovered this When I had a shower and went to grab it afterwards. Staff was not helpful with any info and did not have enough on staff when going to check out. Had to budge to the front to make my shuttle and not get charged another day."
