"There was no staff at the desk when we arrive and had to wait a few minutes before someone came back. Elevator was out of order for a few hours but was fixed. First room was over a party with music but staff was helpful switching our room."

The third-party company for parking has a very bad communication method, we couldn't update the new vehicle on the app, but at the end the GM of the hotel was able to help us."
