"There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. "

"The front desk staff was so terrible. Would tell you to come back at 3:00 PM for an early check in and came back at about 3:25 PM and was told it would be another 30 minutes before room would be ready. I witnessed this being done to several other guest. Also one guest was told the pool would be open and it was empyt.
Room as clean property was fairly clean. Would never stay there again since they can not do what they said they would do"
