They do not automatically clean or reset your room during your stay. I'm sure you could ask though. Breakfast was very average if that. But I generally do not appreciate hotel breakfast. Location is great. Nice walking area near the water. Very pet friendly. Pro tip: If there is going to be heavy storms or wind during your stay, avoid the top 4th floor. Very noisy...
