"Rooms need updated"

"BEWARE!! The property is very dated and poorly maintained. The bathtub in both rooms was chipped, rusted, and extremely slow to drain, making it unpleasant to use. The hotel only offers valet parking through a third-party vendor, charges $59/day, yet takes no responsibility for the service. After check-in, I reported the drainage issue via their text system but never received a response. I booked two rooms for my party’s wedding nearby and checked out early after the first night due to the condition. I informed the front desk the second room was still occupied; they experienced the same issue. When my party tried to retrieve their car, the hotel refused to release it since the room was under my name and demanded my ID. I had already checked out the day before, so they had to call me while stuck in the lobby trying to leave, which was difficult and frustrating. The front desk manager was rude, unhelpful, and clearly did not know how to handle the situation. The general manager was also dismissive, spoke over me, and made no effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience overall—poor maintenance, lack of responsiveness, and unprofessional service. I will not return. You’re better off spending a little more for a much better experience—there are plenty of other hotels nearby that would likely treat guests far better. Restaurant in the hotel was ok but again fantastic restaurants nearby to enjoy!"

"This my 2nd time staying but this time the bathtub was dirty it was hair all on the pillows in both the beds and the water didn’t get hot it was warm "

"We were in room 2143 next to the elevator stay away from this room you can hear every time the elevator moves all hours of the night and if you're neighbors have a bathroom issue you will also know, side note the hotel is amazing the room was terrible. "

"Not what it looks like on line. The check in staff is very nice however if you have questions or concerns about anything they are ver dismissive. The spa temperature was so high the one night that an elderly man got burns on his feet from the water. When we reported it to the night staff they said they would report it to the morning maintenance. When we inquired the following day the man at the front desk didn’t know anything about it and rolled his eyes. We had to tell him that it was very serious to get him to even call the maintenance person. The rooms are clean but the bathroom had chipped paint and you could see where there was prior water damage. The shower head doesn’t move so unless you are five six you have to squat to rinse your hair. They only change the linens and towels every 3 days unless you want to pay mor for it. The complimentary breakfast doesn’t have real healthy options. No whole wheat toast only white or white bagels. Oranges no berries or bananas. No healthy cereals. They look healthy if you don’t really care about health. Seeing as how it’s at the medical center I thought it would be more health centered. We had an emergency and had to check out 3 days early and even though it was still before the check out time for the third day they would only refund 2 days because it broke the original booking. It’s also right off the highway so you you hear the highway noise all night. It is a safe location "

"The weather did not cooperate during our visit but the villa, lazy river, and pools were wonderful when we were able to use. I would skip eating at the restaurant on the resort site. We witnessed an elderly couple wait over 30 minutes to order food & we waited as long for refills of water. 4 people over $120.00 for not great food. Pass and go in town for dinner or lunch."
