"We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast."

I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that maintenance would come address it, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly in either the hallway or the room, making the stay uncomfortable. "Good location. Loved the spacious room with complete kitchenette. The hotel was outdated, which is not a problem on itself, but some furniture was dirty and worn. Breakfast was good."

"We arrived at the hotel and tried for 30 minutes to access the property. The construction surrounding the property prevented access. The hotel said to let the guard at the barricade know that we had a reservation. We couldn’t even get close enough to find a guard and it was dark out so we couldn’t see anything. The hotel would not refund my money so we ended up not getting a hotel for the night."
