"Lovely place"

"If you are looking to do some serious bike riding in the wonderful NEK (North East Kingdom), this is a convenient place to access the trails. The setting is beautiful to behold. The restaurant and the other amenities do not live up to the hype, nor the splendor of the area. The room was adequate. Some fresh paint and decor had recently been updated. Some functional items were in need of repair. The bed was comfortable, enough. The pillows, not so much. Water pressure was not good. ...

"The hotel room was large and comfortable with a huge bathroom and a small kitchenette. We had a view of Burke Mountain from our window. The hotel and facilities were well-maintained and had numerous amenities to enhance our stay. The resort was not very busy while we were there but there is limited parking at the hotel itself with an overflow lot a short distance away. I can see this being a problem for some guests during the busy season."
