"The room was immaculate! So clean and nice smelling. Beautifully designed and eye appealing. The bathroom……WOW! Was worth the money I spent on the room! The casino itself was so clean and beautiful! Enough food choices to pick from! The security lady for the rooms was nice, courteous and very helpful! I wasn’t disappointed :D"

"We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization"

"Love the decor in the hotel lobby and pool was lovely! Comfortable bed and quiet at night. A few updates might be good. Like lamps by the bed with outlets to plug in phones, maybe a vending machine on each floor would be more convenient as well. A small area that sells snacks and toiletries etc would be great also! But apart from those suggestions we had a great time! Sad my trip is over"

"What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. We plan on coming back for an extended stay. The nights were quiet. The bed comfortable and with restaurants in walking distance, we had everything we needed. My wife works out daily and though...

"The staff was rude. When I check in they didn't greet me. Then gave me a room that was already being used by another person who was not in the room at the time , but the belongings was. Went back to the counter and told the person. He got upset. Then gave me another room. Didn't say when breakfast was. Didn't say that the pool was closed. He didn't say anything at all. "The rooms and hotel were nice. The elevator on the other hand sounded like it was going to break. It made us not want to use it."

"HVAC in the room was toooo noisy 11/10 couldn’t sleep, so had to change the room, other room 8/10. Breakfast was basic but was just all frozen food microwaved and served. Good location but just good for one drive by night not for multiple night stay."
