"The room was clean and in good condition. The towels were super soft, and the bed was nice. Good outlet access and decent TV streaming options. The AC didn’t reach the sofa front room properly and tended to be much warmer than the room with the king bed. During the stay, there were several times the water was shut off without warning for maintenance and I had to call front desk to find out why. Lobby and hallways were always uncomfortably warm. Breakfast is bare bones - the cream cheese provided...

"Terrible property and staff. First room had a broken door from when it had previously been kicked in. Had to fight to move to another room with a door that would secure correctly. That room had dirty sheets, one towel, and a nasty smell."
