"Loved staying at Isleta Casino! We stayed during Christmas time and the beautiful tree they have in the lobby was beautiful to look at. The staff was always kind and attentive. "

"Some staff in the reservation counter are rude and just put us in a not so clean room. No view when we were supposed to get one. For $200 not worth it. Maybe if they can correct this and make it right with a refund we would consider coming back and making a new review. As of now, never again. "

"This is a solid 3. I checked in and got a dirty room. Management was quick to fix it but shouldn’t have happened. The room I ended up with was clean but there small things like air vent filters (under the sink in the bathroom) that needed severe cleaning. The business station was down. The WiFi was too weak to make a WiFi phone call. The breakfast was cornflakes, bagels, yogurt, apple/oranges, and coffee/juice. The hot food was pancakes. It was nice to see a security car driving around. I usually stay here because it’s close to the people I’m visiting and about $50 cheaper than the nicer ones. This is bare bones, no frills, staff are nice but don’t have any other expectations than a comfy place to sleep"

"My vehicle along with 7 others were vandalized over night of March 5th to March 6. Today is March 8th no one has gotten in touch with me. I had no idea such a thing could happen on such a nice property. My husband was the first to report the incident after he came down and found our vehicle had 2 broken windows and all items that were in the trunk and rear passenger seat were taken. He was the one who notices other vehicles were affected. There was no security on the property that came to our assistance and we were told by the staff that this same incident occurred also in 2025 but that less vehicles were affected. I hope Marriott takes care of those of us who were impacted by this."

"Room wash awesome nice and clean, had everything we needed! We were very grateful for the FREE washer & dryer after kids having games all day. Marissa was amazing at the front desk. Breakfast was great with plenty of great options. Definitely recommend staying here. "
