"As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes. All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk. Highly recommend"

"We LOVED our stay here. My fiancé and I stayed one night to explore Chamonix and this hotel was a way more affordable option. They even gave us a complementary upgrade to our room so that we had a mountain view! Very clean rooms, big bathrooms, wonderful and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and many options to choose from. They also had a very cozy foyer with a bar. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. "Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel.
