"My recent stay at Twin Arrows was great. The hotel room was outstanding and the bed and pillows were top notch. However the food there needs some love. I had read previous reviews from past guests that the food taste and quality was not that great, and unfortunately they were correct. I had ordered "fish tacos", and the worst tasting fish tacos yet. I would advise that they hire a qualified chef to match the beautiful casino and nice hotel accommodations."

"We couldn’t go swimming because it was freezing. Since it was inside I think that made it worse! But it was at least crystal clean! Since the pool was cold the hot tub was full so we didn’t get to enjoy either. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure."

"My kids loved the tiny home aspect but there were so many moths. One of my kids caught 7 and threw them outside. We decided to turn off the lights so they would calm down. One of my other kids saw a crack in the wall where moths would come in and out of. So it was a losing battle. I got hit in the night by moths flying around. Also the shower didn’t drain. I’m guessing these issues are specific to this one tiny home, but I would think twice about reserving another one in the future."

"Rooms were clean with the exception of a few bugs that came in the front door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and restaurant on site was delicious."

"very dog friendly place, All the staff provided excellent service. Clean room, They came to clean the room two or three times a day, to the point where I had to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. There were activities available throughout the day, And it truly feels like a real getaway."

"The ac in our room hardly worked. And it was hard to sleep. When we contacted the front desk, all they offered was to give us fans. And refunded our 35 resort fee. A place that charges over 600 a night I would expect better."

"This property features a spectacular location with amazing views, but the rooms need updating and are rough. We dealt with a lot of challenges checking in at 4pm (which is listed check in time), and had to wait in the lobby until 5pm for the room we paid for. Pretty awful after we drove for 5 hours to get there. The check-in experience was overall very poor. They agreed to remove the resort fees for inconvenience which they then messed up and added more, I still ended up with 3 resort fees on...
