"Don’t travel there alone ever as a single female that’s all I got to say . The place was magical and beautiful but a bad staff can ruin your entire trip so beware if you are a single female I would definitely not ever go there alone again . But very pretty location"

"Property was beautiful. My niece and I couldn’t get into the pool. We also didn’t find anyone at check in to ask about it. There were minor details, like bugs outside the room and a few flying in as we were trying to get in, but it’s nature and totally understandable. One other issue for us were the beds, they were too soft. But we got to see the horse run come in and had a good breakfast. Overall, we would book again and make sure we can use the amenities more."

"Our first room in the West wing was absolutely horrible. The walls and floors were so thin you could hear everything. Nothing but constant slamming of doors and thumping. We were moved into a room in the East wing on the top floor. Room was much nicer. Found a beer bottle cap on the floor that was missed by housekeeping. And the thermostat was set to about 90°. We turned it all the way down to the lowest setting and by the time we woke up to check out, the room was still a stifling 85°. We...
