"Great resort, food was amazing for breakfast buffet and also the dinner buffet. A wide range for all. Cocktails amazing also. Easy access to seaworld thru the gift shop in the lobby. We also payed for late check out, which we also got 2 free cocktails with a voucher. Pool area is amazing with 2 life guards always on duty. Will definitely be back"

"Hotel was okay. I booked two rooms and had two lots of security deposit charged. Upon check out, one of them was released immediately but the other one is still sitting as pending after checking out 5 days ago. Hotel staff keeps saying it's released but obviously something has gone wrong and they can't be bother doing anything about it. Bank said they can't do anything either so all I can do is wait with my funds being held."

"Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The location was great — just a 5 min drive to the city and close to Mindil Beach, the markets and camel rides. There is free public parking available, or secure parking for $20 per night, which I felt was a little steep. While we had no issues during our stay, I would like to see more secure access to the resort, as some areas can be accessed by the general public. "We were not familiar with the area and wanted to be central to our family that live in Brisbane Logan area. This hotel ticked all our boxes. Room was clean and very big and accommodating for my family of three. Easy check in process, the staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. We used the underground car parking which was very convenient to access and to get our luggage bags upto the room.
