"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...

"Overall, I like our stay at this apartment hotel. PROS - Clean, close to underground/train and bus, local supermarkets, and restaurants. CONS - Location is a bit farther away from central areas around 25 minutes walking distance. The AC is not that strong which i think is an European thing. Standing shower is very small. The washer and dryer didn't work properly as it takes forever to dry our clothes."

"I barely used any of the facilities, so no comment on those apart from the kettle and the bathroom. The noise from outside was quite loud, and there was some commotion in the halls late at night, including someone pressing my buzzer in the middle of the night. The bed was clean and comfy, with clean towels. The shower was fine, although there is only complimentary shampoo and conditioner (no body wash). There were some problems with light fixtures. The main light took a few minutes to warm up...
