"The location was excellent and so close to Kings Cross. Room was spacious and had good ammenities and was clean. Very happy as was an easy process."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

"The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet. Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...
