"We have come here every year for the last 10 years, and continue to enjoy the updates! The beach access is perfect, while the pool area keeps my daughter busy and allows us to cool off. Perfect location, safe and clean!"

"Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Valet staff also were so nice! My room got overlooked for 2nd day cleaning....not a big deal, but when I asked for a replenishment of something, within 15 minutes a staff member was at my door. Beautiful view of the beach if you get the oceanside rooms. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was excellent, and staff was very attentive. One suggestion.....maybe seat families with small children on one side, and adults on the other side. Some parents can't control their kids, and they (the kids) were running around, in the way of the waitstaff with hot coffee and full trays."

"This is a pretty basic hotel. When we checked in, I remember thinking the room was clean, but it was clear the property was showing its age in a few places. For example, our room had a kitchen, but one of the cabinet doors was partially falling off. It wasn’t a major issue, but it definitely wasn’t a luxury experience. The beach access was excellent and probably the biggest highlight of the stay. I had planned to use the hot tub, but it didn’t appear to be very clean, and the water level was noticeably low, causing the pump to make a loud sucking noise. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but expectations should be set accordingly. It’s affordable for a beach hotel."

"The hotel was good. Could use some maintenance and upgrades. The shower didn't drain well. The front desk staff was friendly and we were able to check in early. However, we were unable to enjoy the pool with our kids due to the tiki bar beside it playing loud music dropping F bombs. It would have been fine if they played edited/radio versions. But they didn't. And it was in the middle of the day when a lot of kids were in the pool."

"Clean large room, good size bathroom, ample air conditioning. Clean common areas and large oceanfront lobby area. Platform beds were a little too high."

"The whole place was dirty, it looks nothing like the pictures online. The beach view was nice but other than that it was terrible. The door looks like it had been kicked in before, there was a hole in the wall by the front door, the bathroom door and all the walls were dirty. There was water dripping from the A/C and there were stains on the couch and bed sheets. Our mini fridge was rusty and not to mention there was a giant COCKROACH running around our room. we paid well over a grand for a few nights but we ended up leaving after one day because we didn’t even feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. I don’t even understand how this place is still open or how they’ve gotten away with having ANY decent reviews."
