"The guest house is by the lake and the view is really nice! The kitchen and bathroom is shared and well equipped, there are 2 washroom in the floor, one large and one small, the room is a little bit small, it is even smaller than the larger bath room but warm and cozy, it is okay for a good night's sleep and rest for another long drive next day."

"What a lovely place to stay after day one of the ring road from Reykjavik. It was the perfect end of the day. Dropped my travel gear, grabbed a beer from the bar and watched the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so very friendly. Definitely a 5 star travel stop."

"The building was an old school they bought and turned into a hotel. Nicely Done! The lounge/bar is the old auditorium. Big room with plenty of seating and a beautiful old chess board and chairs combo. There is a restuarant serving dinner and drinks. The food was quite good! Waitresses Daria & Daniella were very kind and friendly. Morning breakfast buffet was also good. Nice selection.
