"Really enjoyed our stay. Follow the directions provided by the property. Google will take you down a sketchy road. Staff was very responsive to all our questions. Views are 10/10"

"Antonio, Marlena and the whole staff was incredible. We were treated like family. An absolutely beautiful, cozy, romantic place -- very well maintained and super clean. Delicious on-premise fruits, vegetables and wine. And the meals prepared there were ASHMAZING. Could not recommend any more highly."

"Our stay at Quinta de la Rosa was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful views everywhere you turn, the delicious locally inspired continental breakfast, and Patricia’s fantastic tasting tour made the experience truly special. Dinner each night was a culinary joy with the knowledgeable wait-staff. Everything was charming, welcoming, and memorable - a perfect blend of tradition and modern. A genuine gem in the Douro Valley that we would happily recommend and return to!"

"We loved the stay at this beautiful Casa!! In total we can only recommend as we enjoyed everything and the owners were really nice!"

"The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but the amenities of the hotel were what sold us, however the sauna and hot tub were not available, nor were options to look at any of the farm to table process that the website mentions. Room temperature is controlled by staff and our room was HOT! We had asked that it be set cooler but that did not happen so it was hard to get to sleep. With all of that said, the pool area was lovely! The breakfast was incredible and the staff are very lovely."

"Local excelente para descansar e curtir a natureza"

"La acogida, amabilidad y simpatía de Humberto y Emilia te hacen sentir como en casa. El encanto del lugar, la historia familiar y un desayuno para reyes son ya el colofón de una estancia inolvidable. Repetiré seguro."

"Our stay at Casa do Rio was exceptional. There are 10 rooms with stunning views of the Douro River and vineyards. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and we were welcomed with a plate of fresh figs and white port and all ingredients to make portonics. The grounds are lovely with an infinity pool overlooking the river and two semi private fresh water dunking pools. The food and was outstanding! We made our dinner selections earlier in the day and were treated to an exquisite...

"Our favorite place we stayed in all of Portugal. Casa Nova Farmhouse is beautifully designed and family managed with great passion. The amenities are fantastic (pool, parking, included breakfast, etc.) and the room was great with a comfortable bed. Location is excellent for getting cheap quick Uber rides into Braga and Uber eats food delivery was easy. The owner was a very gracious host and we would return to Braga just to stay at Casa Nova Farmhouse again for even longer!"
