"We had a lovely relaxing stay at the hotel. The roof top pool being adults only was a bonus and we did not have any issues getting sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean - we were pleased we chose to have a balcony. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. The hotel was in a great location, with lots of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from and a lovely view of the sea. The only thing that could be a downside was having to go to and from the two hotel buildings either under or over the road, but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay here again - Malta is a lovely place to visit."

"We just came back from a lovely two week stay in Malta. The hotel is really lovely. The included buffet breakfast was great and the staff each morning were super friendly. We found the dinners at Flavours a bit expensive for the amount we had to eat and drink so tended to eat at other restaurants in the hotel. Mokka had lovely food and friendly staff. Essence of India is a lovely restaurant with amazing food. The spa was lovely - we spent far too much in there! It was refreshing to see that people weren't putting towels out to save sun loungers at crazy am each day: there always seemed to be plenty of sun loungers. The room and bathroom was nice (your standard slightly dated hotel offering). We paid for a room with a sea view which I definitely recommend. UK and Euro plug sockets and TV showing channels in various languages. The only downsides of the holiday were that a few people completely ignored the age restrictions of the adult only pools, which was frustrating as staff didn't always ask them to leave. Also, the private beach is just a fenced off area of the beach with sun loungers absolutely crammed in in rows - it wasn't attractive at all to us so we stayed by the pool. In all, a very nice, restful holiday, during a 43 degree heatwave!"

"We had high hopes, our first trip away without the kids since our son was born 11 years ago! The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The breakfast offering was incredible, and the on site restaurant had a wonderful selection of freshly cooked food. The location was perfect for us, a quiet little bay, and the roof top pool was stunning. Our favourite place to sit was by the sea, listening to the waves lapping at the shore. The sea was warm to swim in. The air conditioning in the room was artic (in a good way!) Staff were friendly and helpful, we'd love to come back - highly recommend a stay here"

"Our room was clean with good air con which was needed during the 38-40° heat! The hotel was busy but didn’t feel overcrowded. The beach across the road is nice (2x sun loungers and a brolly cost €20). There is a deposit system for towels and drink cups (for plastic cups by the pool). This is a little annoying, but works well enough in practice."

"Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)"

"We upgraded to AI+ and the staff in the lounge were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help and look after you. Room was a good size, very clean but the corridors are a bit dated. Adult only Rooftop pool was great. Would definitely visit again."
