"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."

"I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room.
I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm.
