"The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful. It was in the heart of Hanoi and close to many restaurants, bars and shops. It had a rating of five stars but was nowhere near that. Having said that the price we paid was very reasonable. Would I recommend it definitely if you are on a tight budget but not if you’re looking for five star."

"The hotel is in a busy, tourist city center but on a less busy street, so it's great on that one. The breakfast is great, with a sufficient variety of foods. The staff is excellent, all of them, but Jimmy and Jennie were special to me. They are very welcoming and smiling and provide useful information even before you ask. That includes information on what to do, where to eat, great local dishes, and where to find them. The staff really make the hotel excellent. I extended my stay by two nights."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "
