There is a restaurant called Thao Beo Restaurant Bar within the premises operated by them, great food and good price, I also highly recommend it. I truly cannot recommend this place enough."

"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."

During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. The housekeeping staff also touched our hearts with their thoughtful preparation. They decorated our room with roses, arranged towel swans, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented cake. Walking into the room felt like stepping into a romantic dream, and we were both deeply moved by the effort and care. What touched us most was the warmth of the staff.
