"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We received exceptional service from the check in front desk. The service manager and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "

"Hotel very well situated in the old town so that you really don't have far to walk back after an evening out.
What really made the difference though, were the friendly and excellent tips from the staff of where to enjoy an egg coffee (a must) and where to eat. These were places we would either never have found or would never have ventured into without prior information."

"Luckily, upon the early arrival we have free checked in the room. The welcome drink was nice. The room was nice decoration with private balcony overlooking to mountain. Front desk staffs were helpful and assisted us during the stay. The dinner at the 1st floor restaurant was amazing with incredible prices compare with the local restaurant. It’s highly of the trip. Wow, the buffet breakfast was excellent with large choice of local and western food. Recommended"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...
