"It was a last minute reservation and I did not regret my decision to in this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and you can even order from the menu for free. The manager made sure we had enough and enjoy the food. I have traveled around the world but this hotel staff were the most welcoming people in the world. The staff accompanied us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel."

Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. "The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
