"Clean large apartment "

"I was unsure where the apartment was. Had I known it was called "Waterfront" then that would have been easier - Instead I had 2 addresses 98 & 100 Marsden Road. Turned out I could not see those numbers. Anyhow, went to neighbouring property and they said it was Waterfront. Got all parked up, and went to go to lock box when I was meeted & greeted which was really helpful. The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. Good kitchen, had a sea view. Cannot fault the apartment - It was perfect....

"Paihia Waterfront Apartment was excellent! As like many others said, it was very clean. Perfect location in town to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry to Russell and to marina to board Bay of Islands cruises. My husband and I loved hanging out on our little patio in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful weather. John, was very helpful during our stay and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. "

"Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a quiet location close to town centre. Plenty of room, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. John and Ruth were wonderful, welcoming hosts with plenty of great suggestions for local activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the bed, which was king-sized, was a little too soft, as we like a firm bed. "
