"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"This property does not provide breakfasts. You cannot get extra towels, it was a one for one exchange which is absolutely absurd. They didn’t even have hand towels to dry your hands off, you had to use up one of the two washcloths they gave you. The bed was very uncomfortable and was very squeaky when you would get on it and turn during the night. The bed slid around...
