"New, clean accomodation and all staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Did not like not having at least complimentary am coffee in the lobby. In room coffee is a one cup packet only and was not replentished during my stay."

"Over all this hotel was excellent the only issue I had was the bathroom floor was very slippery after I showered. I did not get the floor wet but condensation from the shower made it very slippery"

"The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable."

"Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again. Also, they feel it appropriate to operate without a manager for 5 days. Seems absurd. Either that or they lied to me. Neither of...

"We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and we love it so much we haven’t tried anywhere else in Tuscaloosa. The location to the university can’t be beat, the pool is clean, and staff is always friendly. We will be back."

"Hotel was beautiful and front desk staff very nice. Had to go to desk 3 times to get bath towels and lotion because none in room. No ice bucket and no cleaning supplies or water in fitness room. Breakfast was not hot even though just put out. Got locked inside pool and front desk had to call maitinence to get me out . Local and was doing stay vacation but will never recommend this hotel"

"This hotel was a nice surprise. It’s very well taken care of and clean. They could definitely use some upgrades in the bathrooms and with the TVs/remotes, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. They had a really effective and simple way to check in in advance l, and a human being texting before you arrived to make sure any special needs were taken care of. This was really nice and quite a surprise."

"We did experience any issues except very early in the morning. Before we checked out of our room a part of the ceiling came crashing down due to water from the above room. The guest service staff came in to survey the situation and thanked us for letting them know what had occurred."
