"The property was getting remodeled. The rooms were beautiful done. There was an issue with the TVs and getting them to work. Most likely due to the remodeling. The cleaning of the room was never specified to us when we checked in. First we were told it was on request. So I requested housekeeping the next day. Then we were told by the same person it was ever other day. In the 5 night stay we never got any housekeeping. They did give you extra towels at the front desk whenever we ask for...

"We have enjoyed staying at many Hyatt hotels. This room did not have air conditioning and had a little swelling in the bathroom floor making it hard to open the door. The pool was nice and the breakfast was the best one. Fun overall experience."
