"La atención fue muy buena, muy serviciales, hotel bonito, con buena ubicación y no se escucha mucho ruido, nos quedó muy céntrico para ir de compras, el único problema es que el baño tenia una gotera y mojo las toallas y no nos las cambiaron :( pero si limpiaron todo , yo supongo que si arreglaron la gotera, por cierto continúan remodelando el hotel. Salía agua caliente de la regadera y todo muy bien. Si me volvería a quedar ahí ❤️"

The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully kept, and the historic charm of the building makes every stay feel special. The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk right to Winterfest and enjoy the holiday lights, ice rink, and all the festivities with ease. Highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown El Paso.
