8.6 trên 10, Xuất sắc, (1.447 nhận xét)
"Unfortunately, our initial room was poorly maintained, with several broken items and a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hall. Thankfully, the staff did switch us to a cleaner room on another floor, which I appreciated. However, the initial experience was disappointing and fell short of my expectations. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate us, the overall experience was not one I would want to repeat. I would not stay here again."

8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (1.001 nhận xét)
"You can tell this place once was fabulous. They have tried to make upgrades here and there, but this place is in desperate need of an overhaul. The rooms are run down and look dirty/grimy. The lobby was nice, the fact that they stock breakfast items, coffee and other goodies in the lobby was a plus. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The person at reception was super nice about it and immediately moved us. But for the price charged, this was a very disappointing experience."
