"Dresser was sticky, like it felt sticky when you touched it, not the drawers were sticking. Only one outlet by the bed and it didn’t work. There wasn’t a remote for the TV in the room. I didn’t use the shower, but there wasn’t only lotion and conditioner to use. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable though, and the fridge was cold. So for the price, you get about what you expect."

"I was surprised the hotel was pretty decent. I was expecting way worse conditions. Everything was clean, microwave was sparkly clean and smelled like it was recently cleaned out. Bathroom counter and room was very spacious. I do have some minor issue but its personal preference. Clean smell is a plus but it was too much for me, breakfast is great but very limited selection, I really don't like wet eggs, the parking is a bit odd and small but it makes sense. Overall had a really goodnight sleep,...

"Very clean, room and bathroom clean"

"Arrived around 1 am in the morning. The front desk staff was very cordial! The room is outdated and the bathroom extremely small. Upon checkout at 10:30 am, got the office staff to come up to the room and observe...

"We stayed for a concert a few streets over. Loved how we could walk safely to the venue. Staff was helpful with including maps and all required codes. Clean, charming room and house. Will definitely be back!"

"Excellent place to stay. Fran at the front counter was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to get us rooms on the same floor. The request I submitted via email for this was I didn't receive a return email response, but Fran made it happen!"

"Not for families or children. They ask for a $50 deposit in cash at the counter (refundable at checkout)."

"Great hotel! Right by Five Points in the historic area. Big room, nice beds, good view. Nice staff!"

"This was a great room! It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good compared to others. The staff were wonderful. The only drawback was the shower. The water pressure was poor and we couldn’t get hot water. The maximum temperature was a tad better than lukewarm."

"The overall experience was great! The hotel was clean my room was clean, the staff were friendly, pleasant and welcoming, l would recommend this hotel."
