"This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option."

"I had to change the room at middle of the night. Bugs situation in bedding was not clean. New room was clean but the experience of moving out in mid night was traumatic
