"Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I will say that the two staff members we interacted with were kind, pleasant, and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our experience. When we arrived, the door to our room looked like the hinges were about to fall off, as if someone had broken into it before. "Location is excellent if you need to be at the medical center. A block away from the medical school. The interior is kind of run down. The bathrooms have been upgraded but the rest of the room needs to be fixed as well."

"Cleanliness was lacking, there were cockroaches in the room. Restroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, some of the room lights weren’t working. Continental breakfast as advertised was not provided."
