"Online says it has full spa. Actually it’s off site but they can come to your room. When I reserved the room Rooftop bar was open both days. When we arrive told the rooftop bar was reserved for a private party. Two of the main reason we went with this hotel. NEVER AGAIN"

"The front staff was very uneducated and unable to help with my booking issue after my room was changed at the last-minute due to double booking. I prepaid for a King Corner Suite, and ended up on a 3rd-floor exercise room with a view of a brick wall.
I also asked for help understanding my bill so that I can expense 2/3 of the nights to my employer, but they were unable to review my bill or print an itemized receipt.
I need to separate Saturday from Sunday/ Monday nights, so that I may expense...
