"The room was showing its age and also had some damage to a wall in the bathroom, the bottom of the tub, and one of the towel racks, but it was clean. There were a few minor items missing from the room upon check-in (ice bucket liner, DND sign, extra soap), but the person at the Front Desk was very friendly and helpful with getting me what I requested. "There are really no amenities, such as a pool, hot tub, or fitness center. There is a laundry, which we did not use. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable; even the fold-out couch had a decent mattress. They use low-wattage lightbulbs because the lighting is fairly dim, except in the bathroom, which is well-lit. The kitchen was why I gave it only 4 stars. The pans are nice stainless steel, which I like, but there was only a scouring sponge to clean them - no steel wool...

"The hotel had plenty of parking and the room was a great size. As a twin downstairs it also has a small kitchenette with fridge, sink and hob along with a dining table which was very useful. The breakfast was a little sparse but it was completely which was a nice touch. There is a pizza restaurant next door which was useful. All in all a great place on the edge of the town"
