SHE WAS ABLE TO GET THEM TO SAY THEY WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND. IN 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF COURSE."

"Looked like a crack house, mattress had mole on the sides where the sheet didn't cover, a window had cracked glass, the owners were middle eastern, no phone in the room, no clock, small fridge not cold enuff, I slept on the floor, concrete floor with a large throw rug"
