Red Carpet Inn Norwalk
Was decent but the Tv kept glitching like crazy, couldn't get hot water in the sink and the shower took forever to heat up, but the rooms were cleaned quite well, and always seemed to get extra towels.

Hyatt Regency Greenwich
I only used my cell phone. I didn't go to the bar. You must realize not everyone has a cell phone and can figure out how to access a QR code handed to them on a card at check in. I find this VERY!!!! frustrating. At check in, I think you should ask people if getting hotel info from that card is ok ...
