"Love staying at BW in general, but the only thing i didn’t really like about this property was the wifi not being connected to the Internet and online it states they have wifi. But love the room style and how big the tv on the wall is, just wish it were a smart tv, like other locations."

"I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room...

"The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The dresser in the room handle was broken. It looked like a cheap motel room. The pool had a ring of dirt around it. It doesn’t meet Hilton standard in my opinion. I was just at another Hilton Garden last week and it was pristine."

"Overpriced for an old run down hotel. Elevator was broken, hotel room door lower hall large slanted. So much so that you could see under the door so I had to use a towel. Paint chipping and bad plumbing and crumbs in corner common areas meaning they don’t deep vacuum. Breakfast looked good but I did not partake. Bar area was the best as well as the staff there. We checked out ASAP. "

"Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Water could have been hotter. They did have someone come up to look at it but then we never heard back what they did….still couldn’t get it hot enough per what we’re used to. Toilet seat was loose. Front desk people weren’t overly friendly."

"It was a very spacious and comfortable room. The recliner was nice. It had several areas with mirrors which was helpful to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We couldn’t get the air to get cooler but opening a 2nd floor window a couple inches in 60° weather did the trick. Hotel was located in close vicinity to St. Louis and St. Charles for sightseeing. We would stay here again."
