"Nice hotel, well-maintained.
The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. They picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport in the early morning. The bedding was very comfortable and luxurious. Amenities were nice. "It was clean, quiet, and offered a good self-serve breakfast with good options. We saw a lot of cleaning during our stay. The staff was very diligent. It is close to the airport, which was very convenient.
A small critique would be the lobby and parts of the room showed some wear and tear and need attention.

"In the middle of the night, someone attempted to come into my room that was not invited. Thank goodness I had the lock on the door and then the front desk called my room and want to know why I was in the room. I cannot get access to a room with being given a key card. This was scary and dangerous as I did not know if I was going to be attacked. It was very scary to stay in the room after that incident."
