Khách sạn Nosakada , Iiyama

"Helpful staff, beautiful rooms and baths"

"Our stay here was amazing. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful, but the staff is what made our stay one of our favorite places while in Japan. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home."

"I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake."

"The on site Onsen natural baths, being able to choose either a private Onsen or alternative public baths, in the hotel. The private baths meant we could have the bath space to ourselves and wear a cosi! We were provided lovely fresh linen traditional robes, towels and footwear, fantastic traditional experience staying in this traditional Japanese accommodation, family run, with everyone being super helpful and friendly. Free coffee machine in reception. Why stay in a concrete tower block when...

"While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea. The thermos amazingly kept the water hot even till the next morning. Because I went during « low » season in May, I was able to enjoy the onsen to myself ! The...

"Had a lovely experience at this Ryokan. Great experience. Great food. Great staff. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here."

"A beautiful full-service experience that exceeded our expectations. The included dinners and breakfasts not only tasted good, but also taught us about Japanese culture and customs. Thank you to all staff for providing the experience."
